Please follow the step-by-step instructions below in order to ensure for the best connection.

Step 1: Open the Device

Each device comes with: 

• 1 Premium 1080p More Connection Webcam

• 1 USBC cable

• 1 More Connection Micrifibre Cloth

• 1 Instruction Leaflet

• 1 Return Label Sticker

Please ensure that you keep track of these 5 items, and do not lose them as all 5 items must be sent back at the conclusion of the study.

Step 2: Getting Ready for Use

Open the device and remove the protective film from both sides of the two-way mirror.

Make sure to wipe any dust off of the mirror with your Microfiber cloth.

Step 3: Place the More Connection Cam on your Computer

To ensure the best connection please follow the below video in order, detailing the following steps

1. Adjust the side-tabs on both sides to fit the thickness of your screen or monitor
2. Plug in the USB-C cable to the More Connection Cam
3. Place the More Connection Cam on your computer, so that your screen fits between the space created by the side tabs
4. Plug in the other end of the USB-C into your computer's USB-C port
5. Turn your screen's brightness all the way up
6. Position the Video Call on your screen within the frame of the More Connection Cam overlaying your screen

Step 4: Select Your Camera on Microsoft Teams

With the More Connection Cam still attached to your computer, select the "USB Camera" as your camera of choice on Microsoft Teams before each session.
